
Job description
The Assistant General Manager leads the Field Management team, defining objectives, priorities, and deadlines to meet short-term goals. They are responsible for the success of each team member and typically manage the work efforts of supervisors/individual contributors.
Implements organizational policies and goals, coordinates activities of service departments, assists with leading a successful Sales Team, and ensures payroll processes are accurate and on time.
Requires 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, including sales, installation, and service, as well as supervisory experience. Excellent customer service and communication abilities, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license are also required.
