
Job description
The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in directing and coordinating the total activities of the service center, providing leadership to personnel and key processes.
Assists with leading a successful Sales Team, assists with budget analysis, trains and monitors Customer Service Specialists, manages dispatchers and technician scheduling, and ensures Health, Safety and Environmental processes are followed.
Requires 5+ years experience in the HVAC industry, supervisory experience, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and strong technical troubleshooting skills.
