
Job description
The Customer Service Representative handles customer service requests, appointment booking, customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one-call resolution.
Answers incoming phone calls from customers, assists with call routing, handles customer concerns, resolves problems, maintains customer records, and adheres to CPI compliance regulations.
Must be able to multi-task, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
