
Job description
The General Manager directs and coordinates the total activities of the service center, providing leadership to all personnel and processes. This role involves analyzing operating statements, preparing reports, and taking action to adjust profitability. The General Manager also ensures employee payroll processes are accurate and on time, applies accounting control principles, and plans sales goals.

This role requires 5-10 years of experience in the HVAC, Security, Pest Control, or similar customer service focused industries. A BS or BA Degree in Business Administration or Operations is preferred. The General Manager must be able to utilize basic computer applications and adhere to government safety guidelines.
