Inside Sales Coordinator II

Role Overview

Supports the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data in systems, communicating with customers, and planning and routing technicians.

Schedule service/maintenance/sales calls, plan and route technicians, communicate with customers, and resolve issues and problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in customer service or other customer-facing environment
• Experience dispatching is desirable
• Experience with AS400 system is desirable
