
Job description
Supports the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data in systems, communicating with customers, and planning and routing technicians.
Analyzes customer problems, schedules service/maintenance/sales calls, plans and routes technicians, and ensures capacity planning. Communicates with customers, responds to service technicians' requests, and represents the company professionally.
Requires excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to multi-task, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and make decisions based on established guidelines and procedures.
