
Job description
Supports the Sales Team and Installers by maintaining accurate data, communicating with customers, and planning routes for technicians. Works in a fast-paced environment with established processes and procedures.
Answer incoming calls, coordinate work assignments, review paperwork, and analyze customer problems. Communicate with customers to schedule service/maintenance/sales calls and gather information on their current systems and needs.
Requires excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to multi-task, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and make decisions based on established guidelines and procedures.
