Cleaner Lead - 2nd Shift

Role Overview

The Lead is responsible for overseeing work team(s) and/or areas assigned ensuring work is performed to Servicon’s quality standards and in accordance with clients Statement of Work. The role involves assisting in on-boarding and training new associates, inspecting work areas, and promoting safety as a culture.

What You Will Do

Assists in on-boarding and training new associates, inspects assigned work area, verifies work compliance, promotes safety, and performs all custodial work in accordance with Servicon’s cleaning procedures/processes.
