Associate Director, US Analytics (Heme-Oncology)

The Associate Director, US Analytics (Heme-Oncology) reports into Director of US Enterprise Advanced Analytics and Data Science within the US CSDO department. The role will play a critical role in developing analytics to enable data-driven decision-making within the Hematology Oncology BU and through ownership of Hematology analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in quantitative disciplines such as mathematics, statistics epidemiology, health economics, engineering, business analytics, computer science, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing analytical techniques to address business questions
• Advanced technical skills in SQL, R, or Python
• Experience with key pharmaceutical data sources and analytics platforms
• Ability to engage with commercial and medical leadership stakeholders
• Experience within the oncology therapeutic area or rare disease preferred
