We are inviting candidates to apply for the position of Product Master Data Specialist to ensure the highest quality of Master Data, enabling efficient planning and production processes, timely product launches (Time-To-Market), and supporting supply chain optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Create, maintain, and optimize Master Data workflows to ensure timely implementation of new product introductions (NPI)
- Create and update master data in ERP and APS systems (including SAP S/4HANA and planning systems)
- Develop and maintain structures such as: BOM (Bill of Materials), Planning data (MRP parameters, inventory parameters, lead times), Logistics and warehouse data
- Manage the Product Life Cycle within IT systems
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and high quality (Data Governance, Data Quality)
- Cooperate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and Global Supply Chain teams
- Participate in digitalization and process standardization projects (including data structure optimization and reporting automation)
- Support the organization in master data analysis and system-related issue resolution
- Contribute to the S&OP process by ensuring accurate and reliable planning input data
