Requirements

• Expert-level PyTorch
• Proven software engineer with experience in ML
• Hands-on experience training large language models
• Evaluation expert with experience designing metrics
• Deep knowledge of the ML lifecycle
• History of shipping complex projects to production
• High agency and technical direction-setting skills
• Experience partnering with product, infra, and research teams
