Microsoft 365 Trainer

Role Overview

We are seeking a freelance Microsoft 365 Trainer to design, prepare, and deliver a practical training program for current and potential Microsoft 365 users within the organization. The training will be delivered online through Microsoft Teams meetings.

What You Will Do

Design, prepare, and deliver online training sessions on Microsoft 365, adapt content to different user profiles, explain the functioning of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and prepare training materials.

This role requires a trainer with demonstrable experience in Microsoft 365, advanced knowledge of OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint, and practical experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a trainer in Microsoft 365
• Advanced knowledge of OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
• Practical experience with SharePoint Online, lists, libraries, permissions, pages, and webparts
• Knowledge of Power Automate for creating basic flows, approvals, and administrative automations
• Basic knowledge of Power Apps
• Ability to design didactic materials and practical exercises
• Experience in delivering online training to large groups through Microsoft Teams
• Ability to adapt the content to users with different technical levels
• Clear communication skills, pedagogical orientation, and practical approach
