CD Counselor/Social Worker/Therapist - Men IOP Addictions

Performs clinical services, including therapy programs and techniques, and maintains service documentation. Collaborates with external agents and attends staff meetings. Conducts case presentations and consultations with other agencies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work and licensed in KY, or Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and the appropriate license in KY, or Licensed in KY as a CADC, LCADCA, or LCADC
• Three to six months of related internship or practicum experience
• Knowledge of mental and physical characteristics of applicable population, psychotherapy, human behavior, and treatment modes
• Case load with varying levels of client disability and need
• Knowledge of community resources and SCS services
