Requirements

• Experience working with processes and a good knowledge and understanding of process systems
• Proficiency in using IT systems and a solid understanding of automation, hydraulics, and mechanics
• Experience in dealing with household customers and a real understanding of their needs
• Delivering and improving customer service levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions
