Direct Support Professional

Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Direct Support Professional will assist with personal hygiene, support individuals with behavioral challenges, and help with developmental goals such as budgeting and exercise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
