Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position available at D&S Community Services in Greeneville, TN, providing nursing services and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field, or state certificate
• One year of experience serving this population in a nursing capacity
• Current state LPN or LVN license for state of residence
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Additional certifications as required (CPR/FA, HIV/AIDS, BBP, ACT training)
