Commercial Gas Engineer

The Commercial Gas Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive gas, plumbing, and mechanical tasks across the Sewell Facilities Management property portfolio. This includes general maintenance and repairs of boilers, heating systems, water heaters, DHW systems, controls, and associated equipment. The role will require mobile working from different sites across the North of England and Lincolnshire and may require to part in the out of hours on-call rota.

Requirements

• Full driving license, valid in the UK
• Valid domestic & commercial gas qualifications
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Proactive approach towards both planned and reactive maintenance
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with contractors
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise numerous tasks
• A positive approach to learning & development
• Possess a flexible outlook towards working hours
• Strong knowledge of current health & safety practices
