Requirements
- Serve customers and respond to technical questions
- Communicate internally with cooperating departments to implement repair issues
- Communicate with the importing company for specialized repair cases and new technologies
- Collaborate closely with the workshop supervisor and engineers to resolve repair issues
- Support the procedures for receiving, completing repair work, and delivering the motorcycle to the customer
