Requirements

• Serve customers and respond to technical questions
• Communicate internally with cooperating departments to implement repair issues
• Communicate with the importing company for specialized repair cases and new technologies
• Collaborate closely with the workshop supervisor and engineers to resolve repair issues
• Support the procedures for receiving, completing repair work, and delivering the motorcycle to the customer
