The Hospitality Attendant role involves providing excellent customer service, handling guest complaints, and maintaining standards of quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have one year of customer service experience and be able to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.

Requirements

• Minimum one year customer service experience
• Previous hotel experience preferred
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele
• Food safety certification preferred
