Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid state license in massage therapy or other credentials required by the state
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous spa experience preferred
• Knowledge of professional spa services and treatments a plus
• Previous massage and body work experience
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
• Strong team player
