Job Description
As an account manager, you will oversee end-to-end order fulfillment for clients, working closely with BD, Sales, and internal teams to ensure smooth post-contract execution.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (written/spoken); Chinese proficiency a plus; German/Italian advantageous.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years B2B account management experience, ideally in SaaS, hardware, or beauty industries (skincare, medical aesthetics, salons/spas).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and risk management skills.
- Candidates with Computer Science major, software development, or coding experience are preferred.
