Our client is a global leader in electrical connection, smart energy, and home appliance solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Europe Sales and Operations Director for the Energy Storage Product Line to lead its regional growth.
Requirements
- Develop and implement long-term/short-term operational strategies, annual sales and operational plans, and budgets for the European residential energy storage market
- Formulate regional sales strategies, target market coverage models, and segment-specific tactics to optimize penetration in residential energy storage sectors
- Lead sales expansion and customer relationship management in key European markets
- Define, decompose, and manage annual sales targets
- Conduct in-depth analysis of European residential energy storage market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer behavior
- Plan and execute localized industry exhibition deployments and brand promotion activities
- Build, coach, and manage the local European team
