Head of a Leading Singapore Tuition Center for International Curricula

Our client is a global educational powerhouse seeking a Head of its Singapore institute to oversee academic and operational aspects of its after-school education programs.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above, preferably in Education or a related field
• Over 5 years of teaching and operational management experience in a renowned tutoring institution in Singapore
• Proven expertise in developing after-school programs for IB, IGCSE, AP, O-Level, or A-Level curricula
• Demonstrated experience building teaching operation systems from scratch
• Successful track record in managing teacher and academic administration teams
• Extensive professional network within Singapore's education community
• Deep understanding of Singapore's international school tuition market and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
• Proficiency in English with fluent spoken skills; a score of 7.0 or above in IELTS or TEM-8 is highly desirable
