Flow Europe GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Flow International Corporation, Kent/Seattle (USA) and has own subsidiaries in Italy, Spain, France, UK and Czech Republic. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Darmstadt-Eberstadt Office (Germany).
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team and very good communication skills.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the Aftermarket and/or Service sector with direct customer contact.
- Profound experience in Active Sales/Direct Sales as well as with ERP and CRM systems (ideally with MS Dynamics AX).
- Native or fluent German, Fluent English (verbal and written), any other European language is a big plus.
- Good, comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Customer and solution-oriented working style and flexible mindset.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills used to work in an international environment.
- High quality standards and quality awareness.
