SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty to lead the strategic vision, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing and loyalty initiatives across the Americas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success leading large-scale performance marketing and loyalty programs, ideally in consumer products, e-commerce, or tech.
