Line Leader 1st Shift

Under the direction of a Manufacturing Supervisor, the Line Leader assists in directing employees' activities to meet the daily production schedule, ensuring product quality, resource utilization, operational efficiency, and employee safety. The role involves supervising daily operations, communicating with employees, and suggesting process improvements.

Requirements

• 4-year BS, BA, or BT degree in a technical discipline
• 2-year associate's degree with 3 to 5 years pharmaceutical packaging experience
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, and MS Word)
• Previous Leadership experience
