Process Engineer

Sharpe Engineering & Equipment is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support the design, development, and execution of sanitary process systems for the food & beverage industry.

Requirements

• Design and layout fluid process systems
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, utility and equipment matrices, mass balances, SOPs, and SSOPs
• Size and specify process equipment, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and utility systems
• Prepare performance specifications and RFQs
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Provide field supervision or support during equipment installation, commissioning, and site visits
• Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
