The Account Executive is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth for Patcraft and Philadelphia Commercial flooring brands across key commercial market segments and channels. This role develops specifications and demand with architects, designers, end users, and other project decision makers; converts that demand through close coordination with flooring contractors and internal partners; and manages opportunities from early design influence through order, delivery, installation, and post-install support.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education (college or university) preferred and 3 years of professional experience is required, preferably all in outside sales.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout Ontario (with a primary focus on the Greater Toronto Area).
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally in meetings, presentations, and written correspondence.
- Working knowledge of sales fundamentals (prospecting, qualification, opportunity management, and follow-through).
- Comfort using CRM and sales productivity tools to track activities, manage opportunities, and support forecasting (Salesforce.com or similar).
