Innovation and Design Manager

SHEIN is seeking an Innovation and Design Manager to lead warehouse design projects from conceptualization to implementation. This role involves conceptualization, coordination of design and innovation efforts, and overseeing multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating cost-effective solutions in short-term windows and integrating automation, robotics, and advanced technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.; Master's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/distribution center design and optimization in large-scale projects
• Expert knowledge of warehouse design principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with diverse warehouse types (e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, etc.)
• Six Sigma Black Belt or similar advanced process improvement certification
• Extensive AutoCAD experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time throughout the United States
