Branch Lead

The Branch Lead is responsible for ensuring an exceptional service standard while minimizing fraud and losses in the branch. They must achieve a high level of production, maintain high team morale, and be flexible in performing various duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Meet all Shell FCU Service Commitments
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with applicable rules and regulations
• Complete annual training sessions
• Perform job duties in compliance with Shell FCU policies, procedures, and standards
• Assist with teller operational functions
• Process and submit monthly end of month reports
• Preserve member relationships by providing prompt solutions
• Maintain confidentiality of member information
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services
• Interview, originate, and process member loan applications
• Meet/exceed personal and branch goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned
