The Branch Lead is responsible for ensuring an exceptional service standard while minimizing fraud and losses in the branch. They must achieve a high level of production, maintain high team morale, and be flexible in performing various duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Meet all Shell FCU Service Commitments
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with applicable rules and regulations
- Complete annual training sessions
- Perform job duties in compliance with Shell FCU policies, procedures, and standards
- Assist with teller operational functions
- Process and submit monthly end of month reports
- Preserve member relationships by providing prompt solutions
- Maintain confidentiality of member information
- Cross-sell Credit Union products and services
- Interview, originate, and process member loan applications
- Meet/exceed personal and branch goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
