Analyst - Accounts Payable (Mandarin)

Accountable for delivery of key finance processes. Execute Accounts Payable (AP) control activities with accuracy, due diligence, and adherence to global and local performance targets. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve control and invoice-related issues.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to read Mandarin-character invoices and communicate fluently in Mandarin (writing optional).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Accountancy preferred.
• Prior work experience in Accounting is an advantage.
• Strong command of English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, customer-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with ERP systems and Microsoft applications is a plus.
