Job description
As a Process Operator, you will work for Shell Pernis, ensuring the production process runs smoothly, monitoring processes, and adjusting as needed. You will work in a tight team in an inclusive work environment, where personal guidance is top priority. You will go through a training program to develop your knowledge and make an impact on the energy transition.
Assess deviations in the operation of the process and equipment, recognize possible problems, interpret analytical results, and adjust factory conditions accordingly. Work with innovative and digital tools to optimize factory production and ensure clear reporting.
You will bring experience with solution-oriented thinking, independent and team-based work, and a completed Allround Operationeel Technicus level 4/Process Operator C or equivalent VAPRO C theory and practice diploma.
