Job Description
Shepherd Center is seeking a Inpatient Clinical Neuropsychologist - Acquired Brain Injury to provide psychological and neuropsychological services to patients, families, and hospital staff. The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, completion of an APA/CPA-approved internship, and board certification in neuropsychology or rehabilitation psychology. The Neuropsychologist will be responsible for providing assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention to patients, as well as providing education and training to interdisciplinary staff.
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology
- Graduate of APA/CPA-approved doctoral program in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Completion of an APA/CPA-approved Internship in Clinical Psychology (rehabilitation, neuropsychology, or health)
- Completion of a one- or two-year supervised post-doctoral fellowship or +5 years of licensed clinical experience
- ABPP Board certified in Neuropsychology, Rehabilitation, Clinical, or Health Psychology, or meets the eligibility requirements for ABPP board certification
- Fully licensed or license-eligible in the state of Georgia
- BLS Certification Required
