Assist insurance advisors in handling and processing new and renewal personal lines business, provide customer service, and perform various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years’ experience in similar position is desirable.
- Required state licensing certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, college degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance coverages, forms, procedures, and policy rating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and agency document managing system.
