Job Description
The Outpatient Mental Health Center - Westminster offers a wide variety of mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can access the care they need to thrive.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in Maryland as a LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, or LCPC
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services
- Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders
- Flexible scheduling options
- Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards
- Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams
