The Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist position is essential to the success of our retail stores. The individual will work closely with wholesale and retail customers, answer questions, and recommend solutions. They will also resolve customer concerns, achieve sales goals, and maintain high-quality and visual standards of the products and store.

Requirements

• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process sales transactions accurately

• Maintain precise work order files
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays

• Load/unload delivery trucks
