Senior Electrical Engineer

Role Overview

We are growing the Avionics Engineering team to support development of the X-BAT aircraft and the launch/recovery vehicle. A Senior Electrical Engineer will be given ownership over part of the flight critical system design and work with all cross-functional teams to execute.

What You Will Do

Circuit and sub-system design for X-BAT and its support equipment, including cradle to grave ownership of architecture, design, analysis, schematic capture, layout, verification, qualification, integration, and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; or equivalent
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
• Strong technical fundamentals
• Contributed to and led multiple product design cycles involving EE, ME, and SW engineering
• Familiar with CAD software such as Altium or equivalent
• Familiar with a PLM system such as Arena or equivalent
