Requirements
- 8–10+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales in high-growth environments
- Proven track record of closing high-value, relationship-driven deals
- Experience building or scaling BD functions, including referral or connector-based programs
- Deep understanding of the creator, brand, and cultural landscape
- Strong network across creators, brands, talent agencies, or operators
- Exceptional ability to open doors and build trust quickly
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking — able to prioritize markets and opportunities with data
- Comfortable operating as both operator and closer
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and outbound tooling
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and how they can enhance BD workflows
