Job Description
Shriners Children’s Greenville is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Hospital Administrator to lead facility operations and performance. The Administrator plays a pivotal role in shaping the facility’s future, ensuring that every aspect of performance is carefully managed to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management or related healthcare field.
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership in an acute care hospital/multi-disciplinary healthcare setting
- Strong computer skill proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, EMR, and reporting platforms
- Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)
