Financial Controller

Role Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated & enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Financial Controller. This role offers the chance to influence key business decisions, optimize financial performance, and contribute to long-term growth. The Financial Controller will report directly to the Head of Finance (CFO) and be an advisor to the business within the cluster.

What You Will Do

Lead cluster-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Deliver monthly performance reviews with analysis of variances. Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a strong Controlling expertise, financial analysis skills, and group reporting experience. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in financial accounting, knowledge of IFRS, and a strong command of MS Office applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related fields (business administration, finance, accounting, economics, management engineering, statistics, etc.)
• Around 5 years of experience in finance, prior controlling and audit experience preferable
• Strong IFRS knowledge, financial analysis skills, group reporting experience and attention to detail
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PPT) applications
• SAP ERP, Tagetik (or other consolidation tool) and Power BI familiarity would be a plus
