Supervisor Production

Role Overview

Supervise production activities in the site, ensuring safety and health, and optimize and continuously improve production processes. Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and meet customer demands.

What You Will Do

Supervise production team, ensure activities are performed safely and within budget, motivate people to report unsafe behavior, and develop a yearly workplan. Collaborate with production scheduler and manager to ensure production schedule is met.

Requirements

• Industry knowledge: Practical understanding of industrial mineral industry
• Product & Market Knowledge: Broad breadth and depth knowledge of Sibelco processes, products and markets
• Safety: Knowledge of Sibelco's safety regulations and ensures activities are in compliance with those regulations.
• People Skills: Efficient and clear communication - Able to motivate the team
• Behavioral skills: Open minded - Team player - Pro-active - Able to work independently – Leadership -Self-motivated
• Language requirements: English – proficient verbal & writing, Local language of the country of base and main operations – proficient verbal & writing
