Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, ensuring technical, contractual, and safety specifications are met. Handle equipment non-conformities, prepare reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform technical activities, troubleshooting, and reporting deliverables at customer sites. Report after-sales opportunities and ensure compliance with SOPs, customer rules, and Sidel coordination plan rules.
