Electrical Engineer I

Role Overview

Sierra Lobo offers professional and technical capabilities, including Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, and Advanced Technologies. This position will be located at NASA’s White Sands Test Facility in the Propulsion Test Department.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and operate instrumentation and control systems, support propulsion test operations, perform post-test data analysis, and perform preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repair of systems and equipment.

Requirements

• BS degree from an ABET accredited electrical engineering program
• 0 to 3 years related experience
• Experience in 2 or more of the following: design, calibration, and application of instrumentation; data systems and data acquisition systems; data analysis and uncertainty analysis; design of hardwire and computerized control systems
