Production Supervisor - 2nd shift

Supervise and provide direction to production employees, monitor equipment performance, and perform maintenance. Coordinate work schedules, staffing, and production sequences to maximize productivity.

Requirements

• Supervise production activities and provide production reports
• Coordinate work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences
• Maintain inventory records and requisition ingredients/supplies
• Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and material issues
• Coach and counsel associates and enforce process controls, policies, and procedures
• Train new workers in operation of equipment
