Job description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Quality to drive quality engineering excellence in a modern, agile, microservices-driven environment. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you will lead by example, designing robust test strategies, implementing automation frameworks, and influencing engineering best practices across teams.
Lead in-sprint testing, shift-left quality, and test automation for XBS platform. Design and implement scalable test frameworks using Karate, Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured, and AI-based testing tools.
6+ years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or software development. Deep expertise in Agile development, microservices architecture, and modern testing methodologies.
