Job Description
We are seeking a per diem ED Social Worker to join our team at Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to the discharge planning process, serve as the first contact with the community, and provide resources and support to callers, walk-ins, and assessments in the ER. The role requires a Master's degree in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field, Illinois State license, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field
- Illinois State license in social work or clinical related mental health field
