Job Description
JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN INTAKE ASSESSMENT CLINICIAN! Your opportunity awaits at Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital, where you will make a difference in the mental well-being of individuals. The Intake Assessment Clinician is responsible for assisting in the process of responding to referrals and other requests for services and information, providing technical assistance to the discharge planning process, and more.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a human relations field preferred
- Must be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois as a mental health professional
- One or more years’ experience in an intake/assessment setting within a behavioral health, human services department/ clinic or hospital
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with customer service
- Working knowledge of a Mental Status Exam
- Working knowledge of the Addiction and Recovery field
