Job Description
Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Program Therapist- Inpatient to join their team. The successful candidate will provide social services functions, guide patients in accessing therapeutic treatment skills, and work in an outpatient setting. The role involves conducting individual/couples/family counseling, collaborating with community agencies, and documenting patient responses.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field
- Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois as a mental health professional
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility
- Direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills
