Program Therapist - Outpatient (PRN)

Participate in team treatment meetings, perform psychosocial assessments, and complete treatment plans. Provide daily group therapy and serve as a liaison between team members and social service agencies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field
• Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois as a mental health professional
• A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility
• Direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills
