Social Work / Counseling Intern (Inpatient)

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SOCIAL WORK (COUNSELING) INTERN! We are seeking an empathetic and dedicated professional to positively impact the mental well-being of individuals at Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital.

Requirements

• Completing clinical or psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and skills-based groups with geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
• Assisting masters level clinicians with obtaining information to determine level of care and initiating admission to inpatient or outpatient services.
• Aiding program therapists with scheduling aftercare appointments and social service supports.
• Participating in assigned activities that support the function of the social services, outpatient, and intake departments.
